he design of Discount Tire typically features clean, modern facades, efficient service bays, and customer-friendly waiting areas. With a focus on durability and operational flow, the architecture balances aesthetic appeal with practical considerations, ensuring a seamless integration of brand identity and service efficiency accross multiple locations.
During design & construction documents phases, we assisted Discount Tire to establish a strong prototype which complies to most of states building code requirements, reducing potential RFIs & change orders during construction, the prototype base design and construction documents also help to reduce the material/product lead times and expedite the construction time to an average 8-10 months from the start to the substantial comppletion.
