For these AAA branch refresh project locations mentioned above, we assisted AAA NCNU in creating the prototype programs/drawings and establishing specification standards that can be applied to future AAA branch refresh projects for their 3-5 years plans. We’ve collaborated with the owner’s project manager, multi-disipline consultants and general contractors from the design phase to the detail level to progress the comprehensive prototype, and to reduce unexpected cost/change order and RFIs during construction.
