The new ground-up AAA NCNU Phoenix Fleet Center stands as a state-of-the-art facility designed to optimize operational efficiency while embodying the innovation and reliability synonymous with the AAA brand. This cutting-edge center seamlessly integrates modern architectural elements with functional design, providing a streamlined workspace for fleet maintenance and management. Featuring expansive service bays, advanced vehicle technology infrastructure, and thoughtfully planned administrative areas, the facility ensures a highly efficient workflow. Sustainable building practices and energy-efficient solutions are incorporated throughout, reflecting a commitment to environmental responsibility. With a sleek, contemporary aesthetic and purpose-driven design, the Phoenix Fleet Center sets a new standard for excellence in fleet operations.
The ground-up new fleet center is to replace the existing building, which has been used to serve the entire Arizona AAA members for years. The project includes a one-story auto service building attached to a two-story office building. The total site is around 3.5 acres and the total building area is around 18,000 S.F. The challenge of this project is to keep this entire site including the existing building in operation while these new buildings are constructed on-site. We’ve coordinated and communicated with the City of Phoenix, clients, multi-disciplines consultants and general contractors on construction logistics. Phoenix reviewers and inspectors, AAA NCNU, design professionals and potential general contractors to make significant progress on the construction logistics.
